I'm here. I have to get ready for tomorrow. Got to go pick up #2. 7 hours of driving plus waiting around for them to load and unload their gear. Going to do it all in one day. Thinking of leaving around 6am.

He said he didn't have any bars on his phone. Other kids did. They were catching Pokemon. I did text on the first day to warn him about poison oak. We had just talked about it the day we drove up and I said it is the first plant to get red leaves. It's all red in this county. But up in Humboldt, it's a beautiful rich dark green! I hope he pays attention. It's all over up there and none of it red.
