I ferment the feed and I find that I have no waste and it last longer.
I did start my last batch of chicks on the FF feed on day one.
The batch before got started on the FF on week 3....this batch wasted a lot of feed before week three.

I thought about ordering sex linked chickens for a few minutes just to be sure I was getting girls, but I just don't like the "regular chickens" like my kids call them.

I want a few different breeds that lay a few different colors..not including white.

I can not explain why i do NOT want white eggs....I just don't. lol

Tippy, I have been reading for a few days now and as far as I can tell temporary GS only lasts 60 days. permanate they will fight because state will go after them for support if I get FS for him. So I have been reading about POA . Thats sounds about right to me. any thoughts on that ?
