Hi, humping is a behavior issue, my females hump as much as males I just don't allow in the house. If they want yo do it outside I don't care.

I like to wait til the dog is older. At least a year but rescue org do it early because they don't want people to have more mistakes.

Granny...if you want to apply for medicaid and food stamps for him you just need his social security card and birth certificate.
You do not need a POA.

Do you have those or even better does DD have them?
If not that is where you need to start.
Get his card and an original BC
