Was in our feed store desperate for quail food .... ( they're getting chook crumbles, wild bird seed and possibly cat biscuits due to a bizarre shortage at suppliers) ...anyway. . Clearly the interim manager is not like the others..she was showing me her chicken babies on her phone. Barnvelders, orpingtons, sussex and fluffy silkies......so clearly the chicken math is working! Snort!
She'd fit right in here..eh granny!

Keepmumsane, I got that wind up chick at one of those Dollar stores. I have to say that this chick is a lot of fun to have around! LOL I mean, not like the real thing mind you, but you wind that thing up and he just hops and pecks around, in circles, forwards, backwards....I think I wore him out yesterday. He is just sitting there now doing nothing. Muahahahahah...

geez this thing is like me in the mornings, takes forever to get going. yes mum, she would definitely fit in. i am going shopping this morning. my knee still hurts but i am not gonna let it stop me !! if i got this weight off me i would quit hurting my bones so bad. i just sit down and it puts enough pressure on my knee to make it painful to walk. i have bad bones so it dont take much.
