Hi granny! Hope you're having a better day. These are some tiny little roses from the bush I planted a while back. Not bad for a scraggly "end of season" clearance plant! I've got it planted next to my chicken run so hopefully next year it will give them some protection and shade.

Oh, hubby has the dentures. Looks pretty handsome when he wears them but he wonders why I won't kiss him when he isn't wearing them. Not to be funny but it is, I'm afraid I'll fall in.

she came back today with my permission. i spoke with boss lady and she said she is been told to do every thing you tell her to do.

yup, everything i say. hmmm... the only concession was that she be allowed to sit OUTSIDE the bathroom door as my husband showers. to listen in case he were to fall. well i must say, its been a most interesting day. after my husband had her sit in the corner for half an hr. with no table and a weak chair it was my turn. i of course didnt go keep her company at this time. so she got started cooking cleaning making my bed, dusting the whole house. washing ashtrays, you know, the every day little stuff i never do. i was low on ciggeretts. she said and i quote. "i am glad to see you are feeling better today, i guess them drugs they got you on is what causes all that aggravation you had yesterday".

let me tell you people, hell hath no fury then that of a woman scorned. i havent been outside since i got home because, well, i cant. we have gravel everything. so we went outside. hahaa i got in the wheelchair and told her to push me into the van. lol knowing she is not supposed to take me anywhere. she got me in the van and i had her drive to town for a pack of cancer sticks. made a side trip to grab a roo and hen, (white leghorn) and headed home. this didnt come without a price, my leg swelled in 5 min. and was very painful. it was worth it. at home she had a hard time getting back up the ramp but finally i am back in my chair. i said, how often are you allowed out? she said, well, im not and i said oh, hope they dont find out. over , done, i will be nice now. i have drs. appt. tomorrow and i dont have a way. i am going to try to drive it. we will see. its a long way.

lol, no didnt think you would. 3 ways of kissing. hold your mouth tight in a closed smile and try to say peaches, purse your lips and say prunes and open wide and putting emphisis on the L say alfalfa

I couldn't remember so I dug up a picture of the long-gone tag.

The roses are smaller than I thought they'd be, just a little bigger than a half dollar. But they seem to be thriving!

That's from inside the run. That's my second rose ever, and the only one I've ever planted. I'm just tickled over it!

Pinata, it has gone by a few different names for the same rose. this is the mane it was when my daughter bought one for me about 10 yrs ago. the first time was called seven sons i believe.and then i am not spelling the coat ones name right. the angel on its a wonderful life, my mother did love her roses and i bought her over 50 in the last 10 yrs. and they all manage to die. even the knock outs
