37 years ago we paid 22K for 50 acres & old farm house.

I would love to buy an old house and fix it up as we lived in it....add on to it..what ever...
if it was dirt cheap with LAND.

There is another show on netflix that is based here in texas..
they buy these old small houses for as cheap as 1000.
spend 5000 grand to move it and then another 5000 to fix it up then auction them off for 50000 plus
