It's good for learning if his feet can easily touch the ground, but harder to balance if your knees hit your chest when pedaling!

There should be a bolt/nut dealy under the seat where it attaches to the frame you can loosen and raise the stem for the seat.

Robert was JUST learning how to ride when we moved here and although he bought a bike he hasnt rode it. Maybe I can get them going together.
