You have to decide what is acceptable. We are all dependent on various things, but if it starts to control you or you can't cope without it now and then, it might not be a healthy situation. Little bit won't hurt, but what counts as a little bit? Everything in moderation.

Except chocolate!

It's not the amount as much as the times I do... I never over drink but I drink at least three beers a night. Sometimes more.

That s bout the price of a cow. They re pretty. Is 17 & 15 considered old. It is in horses.

They are supposed to go 25 to 30 years. BUT if I get just one calf out of sbr18 she has paid for herself not counting her carcass value. Mercenary but they do have to pay for themselves as some point.

According to jane's info, Porter will never produce a Royal, even if he breeds a Royal. Royal takes 2 genes, one from each parent. Porter doesn't have one to give. All of your calves with white trim have one Royal gene and one black/plain gene (or whatever Porter is called) so they have the potential to provide a gene for Royal, but it's 50-50.

If I am remembering correctly... Porter has no white trim, right?

In fact, the very first time hubs asked me out, he asked if I wanted to go for a cup of coffee. And being the worldly, flirtatious femme fatale that I was (not) I responded with "I don't drink coffee." Real smooth, huh?
