I think I should have taken a mamma health day today... Instead I've been hiding in my room. Maybe tomorrow I will get out for a few. I get ornery... When I don't.

Nope... He came out for a second and said do what you think is best for the boys... His apology... Then went on hiding. He tried talking a couple of times but I'm not there.

He came out and asked if o had money for beer. I said yes. That was it.

That is besides running to Tacoma today. My folks left all day.. He came home an hour or so after me.

He has a bad temper... He feels horrible the next day. I don't know how to get him to calm down. My mom has been dealing with this forever. She either shuts up and shuts down or leaves.... I can't handle my toungue or anger anymore and the beer surely doesn't help. I get that from dad too.

Last night was different. I chose not to cry. I chose to stand my ground.... It just produced anger though... I have a lot of that in me I need to deal with.
