I remember in class in High School  we had a  cop come and give a lecture about "stuff"   the only thing I remember is he saying "if you are going to commit sucide do it right and then he showed us how"   and This was in a catholic school. 

Lol, that's funny. Remember them bringing in this big picture frame with all the drugs displayed pills, herion, marijuana. It was beautiful. All the colored pills.

All I could do was think how I couldn't wait to try them all..it made me more curious.

Told us how and to use a seam ripper to do your wrists instead of just cutting/slashing across.

and that was 40 years ago and still sticks with me.

He did also menition how very selfish it was and very unfair to your parents.

He must have lost someone he loved.

I have no idea He seemed matter of fact/gruff. I think it was the just shock of being told how to do such a thing in a Cathloic school. Back then the church wasn't very understanding about sucides and if you did no burial in concencrated ground (i.e. in side a catholic graveyard.)

I stepped out to see what the dumb dogs were barking about. Heard some rattling at the layer coop and saw 2 rats scurrying down the inside of the wire.

Shined the light on them and told them to beat it, but had to actually go inside the run to make them leave. Even then, one kind of took its time. Gave me a long look. Very pretty creature. Wish I wasn't at war with them. Good thing is I verified where they were getting through and patched it. And I missed granny again.
