I can picture you as a red neck version of Julia Childs
Rice noodles are just like other noodles, but made with rice flour. They come dried or fresh, like wheat pasta, and take up the flavor of sauces very well. I really like them.Ive never heard of rice noodles or Childs ? Is that a movie or a person ?

I am not good with spicy foods. Painful coming and going, if you know what I mean. They will make it very mild. The chilies have a good flavor, so just a hint really makes it nice. Thai basil in it is delish too.
