24 lb chickens!!? Dear heavens and I think that Fat Red has some meat on her bones (haven't weighed her but picked her up once and dang. She'd feed a family)

 

i know that cochins and brahams do,thats the only ones i have had with feathers on their feet and legs

 

in the middle of trying to catch up on last nights posts pc crashed 3 times..i am about ready to throw it in the big sandy...i have laughed till i cried dh came in to see if i was ok..i didn't just spew coffee everywhere it came out of my nose too,,that doesn't feel so good..

 

I subscribed. Want to see a 24lb dressed chicken. Is it even physically possible to put on 2lb a week? Certainly not in the first 3-4 weeks I would think. Never raised one though.

 

Maybe your pc is crashing from too many coffee showers.
You should drink chocolate milk. Doesn't hurt so much when it comes up the wrong way.
