That's weird. When you quoted my post, your phone must have changed what I typed into the hug. I sometimes use my phone because it has pic to post, so was curious about how to do smileys.

What am I doing wrong?

Not certain who created these emoticon cheats for those of us that don't have the emoticon keyboard, but they have to be typed exactly how someone else is posting them.

I tried :smiley and it didn't work. I'm going to write it down like chicken lady said. I'll never remember if I don't. How did my phone change it I wonder?

Hi wishing, I have a basic emoji keyboard downloaded to my phone keyboard, but I haven't found one for the animated smiley emoticons. So I physically type those in after I see a example of one. Like type : then with no space after type the word love. That should give you a smiley emoticon with moving hearts above.

lol roost, that's what the edit pencil is for. I quick fast erase them if they are not a working emoticon Now hit the quote button, scroll down my post until you see the : Now you know another one.
