Praying for the best for your daughter, Granny. Hope all is well. Lots of pretty kitty pictures! My little bantam EE is the only one who can get over or under the fence and come up on the deck. She frightens my big old 12 pound cat by pecking at the sliding glass door. He likes to sleep on the rug there and I think it gives her great pleasure to see him jump when she pecks. LOL She is usually the one getting pecked or jumping.

there has been no change as of yet with my daughter. I am sure i will never talk to my friend again. enough said... suzierd, your cay is very pretty. another big one . I had a white cat many moons ago. I didnt know at the time but it was deaf. started attacking everyone. not sure what happened there but no one was safe from it. we are to get 4 inches of snow starting today til tomorrow at noon. I dragged my sorry butt to the store for some goodies .

this is going to sound awful, I cant help it. I have to share with all of you what i just learned. I just got off the phone with my daughter and i just happened to hear the sweetest sound in the world. She farted !!!

I talked her into a smoothy earlier and it has got her intestines moving. the dr. said they are "waking up". that makes surgery a success !!

the white cat? we gave it to some of my husbands family and i got a call around 5am. asking me to please come get it. I guess he had kept the woman trapped in the kitchen all night and the kids on the bed. every time she tried to leave it would attack her and if the children tried to move from the bed it would start in there. their bedroom was very close to the kitchen. I brought him back home and the aggression got so bad no one was safe. it didnt matter if you were just sitting on the couch he would come at a run and claw you til your leg ran red. I bottle raised this cat from 3 weeks. mama must of know there was something wrong. vet had no idea unless it was the first move that threw him off because he was deaf. he clawed my son pretty bad so i gave it to my neighbor who thought she knew every thing including how to raise my son. never did hear from either one of them after that.

So happy to hear that your daughter is on the mend! Yes, it does take a while for the intestines to wake up after major surgery like that.

I was sitting at the window watching my girls this afternoon and as quick as a snap a HUGE eagle tried to grab one of my girls. Right outside my window! Not six feet away from me. He must have been either very hungry or inexperienced as there is no place in my yard to "get up" with a chicken. Besides Dolly weighs about 6 lbs. Luckily, the only damage is a patch of her newly grown feathers is gone. That's the first time I've ever witnessed such an attack.

Wow crazy cat! I wouldn't want a cat like that either. So glad your daughters doing better.
