I can't stand for any length of time without my toes going numb on my left foot with mine. When I was trying to be healthier, lose a little weight a couple of years ago I was going to a gym 3 to 4 days a week. Whenever I tried to ride one of those seated exercise bikes I would have to stop every little bit & take my shoes off and message my feet to get feeling back in them. Legs have hurt me so bad this year that walking is way more difficult. It feels like I have lead in them & they burn like crazy. My butt cheeks go numb when I sit for any length of time. I can't bend over for more than a couple minutes without being in excruciating pain. With each passing year it gets worse, very frustrating. Now I gotta catch up but wanted to answer this the best I can. It where all your nerves go through your spine. There's suppose to be a big enough hole to where your nerves pass through without being squashed together. But mine isn't. They went in and filled away bone to make a bigger hole. In doing this it made my bone thinner and weaker. I got worse afterwards. They aggravated a nerve and now my toes feel numb all the time.Red, what is spinal stenosis ? I know there is arthritis and collapsed bones back there .
