Roost. I need some deer meat! When I was in Mi, pound your meat (no jokes boys) inject it with Italian dressing, pour the rest on top, wrap it in bacon and cook it like a pot roast with new potatoes and carrots and pearl onions! 

I done this too. Delicious. I've grilled it over charcoal too. That's the best imo.
