12 chicks made it from the brooder to the converted rabbit pen today. I think i have 5 cpckeriels & 7 pullets. Need to put nesting boxes in the coop with the 12 five month old pullets. DH thinks i can use my solar electric fence charger to power a light for the chicken coop. Has anyone tried this? I have the light and timer but don t have power to the coop.

Don't want to be a bummer here, but need to share that my cat is very sick. The vet sent us home with fluids and a supportive care plan, but it's not looking good.

The vet thinks it's kidneys or viral and doesn't think he's going to live. I am sad, but I'm okay... Just felt like sharing. Thanks for listening.

I'm going through the same thing with my dog at the moment and really understand how you must be feeling. She has got heart failure, fluid around the heart and repeated chest infections. We don't know how long she has got left and know the end is coming.
