The dog warden will come out every time you call them. They will issue a summons based on your word. But, when you go to court, it is your word against theirs, UNLESS YOU HAVE PROOF!

I have won in court every time,because I take undisputed proof. And it sure helps when the judge is also a chicken owner!!!!

ALL of this could be avoided if folks would just be considerate and keep their dogs home!

Merry Christmas Lularat. hope you have a good one !! enola, it is always the same dog? and how many times has that happened. Our warden says if they are on your property and threatening your livestock to shoot them. actually he says, just shoot them no matter but i cant do it. I havent let mine free range in a while and it is so much better if you do.

Actually, Granny, I really think it is more than one dog. Since the dog warden went through the neighbor hood and told all the neighbors to keep their dogs on their property, most of them have. The neighbor across the street is letting his run loose in his yard, but for the most part they stay home. The one I suspect is the killer has only come around at night since being warned. I guess Santa Claus messed up his routine last night.

ENOLA, told you i was gonna bug you today. LOL seen on the Indiana post that bird flu has been found in OR. I think that was the right state. dont quote me. but the are recommending birds be kept up and away from wild birds, ducks or waterfowl, insects, Lots of recommendations. like if you go to a park where the geese are to shower and change even your shoes before going to your birds and waiting 48 hrs. all precautions of course but thats some scary stuff to read

This was a Yahoo chat room, Room #8. A chat room is sort of like this forum board, except there are no individual threads. You sign in and just join what ever conversation that is going on. There is the possibility of discussing literally ANYTHING. This particular chat room was really pretty friendly, not a dating type environment at all. There were a lot of friendly, intelligent, chat worthy folks there. That's where Mike found me.

thats kinda cool, I have never been in one but maybe i will check it out. if i see one that i know is safe. I am so computer illiterate. I worry i will mess the computer up worse then i have. I dont have audio now. no telling what i did.

MERRY CHRISTMAS, MAY YOUR BELLY'S BE FULL AND YOUR FLOORS LITTERED WITH WRAPPING PAPER  I had a great day yesterday, the children made all the difference. not that i dont enjoy my family , I do, but young eyes full of wonder is the best. they were fascinated with moms village. I heard them say that this dinner was better then the other one. LOL and i did cook every thing except the mashed potatoes and we didnt like them because she dont add salt. Turkey browned nice and was tender.  they all loved their toys and one of them hid from the parents when it was time to go. I am glad every day is not like that or i would be pulling my hair out but sometimes you just have to have some life around you.   [COLOR=FF0000]MERRY CHRISTMAS[/COLOR]
