maybe but i dont think so. I went out for a few min. should of stayed longer . the chickens are sneezing. must be time for the denaguard again. really wish i would right that down and remember where i wrote it. seems like its not time yet. when i gave it last there were no symptoms , just want to stay on the right side of this. trying to figure out how to separate some of them. there not crowded but i have 3-4 roos and i dont want to get off of any of them and i would like to know who daddy is before i hatch. I have them in the coop and half the run. I still have 10x20 run empty but it is dog kennel with tarp for cover from the wind, rain, snow. and no laying boxes. I have the creasted cream legbar roo, the swedish flower roo, for LF and I have the pheonix and a silkie for small. none of them are fighting except the silkie i have to himself. I have more roos but they are babies or one that is too old and no one messes with him. he stays to himself. the LF could handle the dog kennel the wind is blocked but i dont know what i would use for the eggs. or which rooster to put with them . Both? my brain is not working I am still making things hard. maybe i should just open the pop door that divides the 2 and let them decide.
Hey Granny Girl what is Denaguard? What do you treat with it. I have some hens sneezing & a rooster starting to cough. Not certain what it is & what I should be doing for them. It's very frustrating because my chickens are so spoiled, they have a great coop and it is cleaned everyday. Not certain why they would be getting sick. I did have some of the orginal chickens that I got from a man on Craigslist that had to be treated with an antibiotics after I got them. They were coughing & sneezing. Then in the spring I got some chicks from TSC that where sneezing & wheezing. I had to treat them with an antibiotic. Could this be the same stuff coming back? If anyone can help me on this question I would appreciate it.
