His birthday is this month too. I want to do something special for him. you just never know with his health if it could be the last . that thought scares the hell out of me . despite separate rooms . I love him greatly. after his stroke he became a child to me. very strange life change . Hard to handle but there it is. you know ?

you know, I need to give a tribute to Tom . he is the best husband a girl could ever want. he has been very good to me. Maybe its the age i dont know. he has always been disabled since i met him but he tried every thing in his power to make me happy and for the most part I am. we never/hardly ever argue . and when we did disagree he would go hide / pout in his room . he knew how I grew up and cant handle arguments at all. He has waited on me bringing me coffee everyday we have been together except when he was in the hospital. I really couldnt say enough good things about him. He gave my son a father . Had his health lasted longer it would have been a fairy tail life . somehow it turned into a nurse maid but thats ok too.

omgosh ! tons of chocolate ! months worth i bet. should last til next week anyway. ahaha.. Its the shelf itself. its pressboard and are you familiar with the little plastic corner brackets ? they are meant to hold 2 pieces together ? that is what is holding this to the wall as well. triple duty. one is cracked from over tightening . hahaa its a waste of wall space.

Hubs and I had our 19th anniversary last month. Be more like 32 if we had gotten married when we should. Time flies!

I bought Tom a little wooden plaque when we met that said I will give you my (picture of heart) but you will have to marry me to get my (picture of cat). I had a ring on my finger the next week.

my sister is with a greek man. I had that soup ! yum   do you take stomach pills ?

Yeah...supposed to take persc. prilosec 2X/d. Just started back up. I drink gallons of pepto and should buy stock in immodium. 

Just called my mommy. Hankerin for that soup. She'll call me back with the recipe. It was so easy and cheap. She'd boil the snot out of a whole chicken till it fell apart. Put the chunks of meat in broth or that low salt chicken base with celery and onions. Lots of white pepper.  and lots of lemon too. She added either rice or egg noodles. Can't remember the rest! I'll post it when mom calls back. It was real easy and you didn't need to watch it, so no time in the dungeon.
Mommies are the best BTW. 
I'm a '59 model and she still loves for me to call if I have a sniffle and need my mommy. Just not right to have her 2300 miles away again.

My daughter is 45 and still calls me mommy
