my avatar is the first rooster I got when I moved here . He was old when I got him. I ran into his past owner not too long ago and asked about his age. he was very surprised he still lived . I told him he didnt like last winter and he said he probably wont make this winter . He said he never had one live past 7 yrs. and my little guy is 8 . he is very tiny in a big rooster mind. he used to get on the ladder and wait for a hen to pass by then jump on her back and try to mate. I dont think he ever got lucky but as you can see, he still tries. that is a alstrop he is eye balling

Hello all hunting cancelled for today both my side=kick and motel watcher crapped out on my. FINE so got all of the checks and deposits entered and everything "melded" together.

and it all balanced

Now just 22 month of cash receipts to dig out find they dates on them (never on the same spot on the receipt) and the nightmare from 2 weeks ago is history.

thank you going tomorrow and then one other day between now and next sunday. Honestly you really don't want such nice sunny days to deer hunt anyway. Been way to warm around here the deer aren't in the "rut" yet . They get a little dumb when the rut is on
