the caption contest is off and running . hahaa  me thinks kikiruru will be hard to top.  
I did make the awning and get it hung yesterday. Hope it works . LOL For some really dumb idea the door to the main coop was put on the wrong side of the building . no not me this time. LOL  it faces the wind and the storms. plus I must walk all the way around it to feed but the water hose comes from that direction. I should probably store the food in the coop.

Good post on the contest granny. This one was kinda hard to me. I posted one but trying to think of a better one. I think you're right, kikiruru will be though to beat.

Nobody ever visits. I can lounge for a day.

If my stomach settles then I'll do something. Maybe. I filled feeders and waterers yesterday, so the flock should be fine.

camping, do you have real lemon juice? try a shot or two of that. good stuff for stomach problems.

Camping, glad to hear you are feeling better and get a day of peace. Those kid germs are killer! At 4 yrs, my kids went to preschool a couple days a week, just so kindergarten wouldn't be such a shock. My second boy was constantly sick, and couldn't go about half the time (even though we still had to pay!). Whatever nasty virus he brought home would spread throughout the family. Ugh. Terrible! I gave up and pulled him out completely. He did fine when school started, and we were so happy to have gotten off the snot train.

Yea it is hard not to repeat others. I did on one. Luckly twist brought it to my attention and I was able to change it. I vote for so many that I can't remember who I vote for too. Hi do enjoy reading them . Some are very funny.
