Looks like chattery41 may get a time out for what he just posted on the contest.

I saw that too.  It has to be flagged by someone to get a moderator's attention. They can't possibly read every single post every day.  Most times they just delete the  flagged post if it breaks the rules.  This thread would be full of mod edited posts if they were reading all the time! 

how can you tell when some on e has been flagged I didn't see anything different.

No one's flagged it.  But you can see the ***** got auto censored!

When you hit the red flag, it is anonymous, but a little question thing pops up to classify the flag, then it goes into the queue for the mod's attention.  I have flagged spammers.

Certainly not me, I know just enough about computers & that's all. Maybe Wishing, York, Tippy or Camping. They all seem very computer savvy.
