Mmm, we got chinese take out last night. Still lots left over. Nothing fried. If you don't get fried things, it's not too bad calorie wise. You just can't eat the whole thing!

I've not got scales as I would become possessed with getting weighed. I get weighed every 3 months at the Drs when I go for my contraceptive injection.
I think I've put the weight on because I had a contraceptive implant in my arm that did I agree with me. Everything went wonky with the thing.
I've got this new 7 minute work out app on the iPad and it's nearly killing me. Crippled my self yesterday doing it, going to knock that on the head I think before I do myself serious injury!! It shouts at you and counts down at you, worse than some stood shouting at you
I don't know why it's so hard. I haven't gained in years, but you'd think it wouldn't be too hard to drop a bit here and there. I blame hormones, as I do for everything!
Mother said best birth control you could use is an aspirin . guess your supposed to hold it between your knees.

Can't beat warmed up Chinese next morning for a hang over or at lunchtime on a normal day. Always tastes better next day
