They have those inversion tables where you hang by your ankles. I've tried it. Kind of fun! It will sometimes relieve pressure.

haha of course I couldnt have any weight on my foot but for some reason it sounds like a good idea.

I would too! The leftovers are the best part! We even use the carcass to make turkey jook (congee). Rice porridge type stuff with lots of ginger root. Chopped peanuts and cilantro go on top (I forgo the pickled chinese stuff). So good on a cold day or for breakfast.

Mmmmmmm, yes - the leftovers ARE the best part - I am looking forward to the turkey noodles with dumplings more than the turkey dinner itself. Poor DD has to leave Thursday night (works on Friday) so she won't be around for the yuminess and is very bummed about that.

I need to find a banty turkey, though! I've never heard of turkey jook. It sounds interesting!
