I don't think he totally understands. He knows we're upset, but that's about it. It's hard for him to put a value on things.

OMG! What happened?

Ok, so he wanted to play but it was dead. I told h to put it down and he dropped it. In the case, on the carpet, no big deal. I grabbed it and put it on the sofa. A few minutes later he was sliding down my legs off the sofa (because I'm a jungle gym mom) and he tumbled out of control. I leaned forward to check and his foot had hit the glass just right. He's fine. I have no idea when it left the case.

Aww remind me again how old son is?

Not really. Most have kids or grand kids so they have family stuff. Don't worry, I'm used to it.

Haha, nope. If I hadn't let him slide off the sofa, or if I had noticed that it wasn't in the case when I picked it up, or if DH had never left it in the living room, or if DH had never brought it home. You know, the usual.

Though, if I'm being honest, I'm surprised it lasted two whole years b
