Mutt, I wish you would Google Canyon Lake, Tx. The land is so cheap and the taxes are also. We could buy next to each other! Comal County. 78133
Oh boy Tippy, I've been wanting to move to Canyon Lake for 7 years. That was my #1 choice! I have friends there! At least Hill Country. Fredricksburg, Dripping Springs, I've looked all over. I need a house and some land for 2 horses, 8 dogs and some chickens. I've not found anything there that allows horses.

Camping, re your Ipad, i forgot he was so young. Can't know the value. Just another toy to him. I'm so sorry. Did you look for a good cyber Mon deal?

lol its just the first day. I am waiting to cast my votes til the posts are mostly in. that way I dont miss something on accident.

Quote: Try trulia.com . If not call a Realtor. Dripping Springs is getting pricey, Canyon Lake is not yet up and coming. I'm buying there within the next year. I don't need lake views, just a couple acres.
You have to be in the county and outside HOA Restrictions. You may have to build a $150k home to get what you want.

I don't need lake views either. I must stay put for another 1.5 years, might be as long as 3 to actually downsize and get the hellouta here but need a place to land. I found nothing horse friendly in Canyon lake. This spring, I'll take some road trips.
