I heard from Sumi this am and she said she had troubles posting my response in the interview. so I copy and pasted what I wrote. A little late but oh well, scat happens.

I sure will tag you! Did you see my progress so far? DH helped me with a 9-hole nest box made from a pallet. We ran out of boards because he didn't listen. So I'm trying to scrounge up enough scraps around camp to finish it.

nope I tried keepin up, I really did my best, but over the weekend yall went nuts on me, and then so did my thread and well, I got sick and went to the hospital and then just threw the white towel in

It was before thanksgiving, but I'll show you right now!

Ran out of boards. :/ It looks like a computer hutch.

After:

That's the back side. I'm going to add some strips of mesh across the back to hold the hay in. Dividers in middle and top rows. Roof. Roost on middle level (though they don't seem to need it). And curtains, for privacy. I have a lot of chickens crammed into a tiny coop (while I'm waiting for the second to be built) so I'm hoping curtains will help them feel safe to lay.

Made hot chocolate for 1st time this fall. Gs only took 2 sips before catching the bus. Hes the one who asks for it.

I hesitate to post this because I know how many feel about Lily on here yet I have an overwhelming need too.(cant keep my mouth shut) . In the middle of the night, again, she snuck into bed with me. that isnt enough for her. she is ready to play. she laid her head on my face. I pushed her and she thought game on ! So she started bowing and bouncing all over the bed and myself. all I could think of was omg shes in heat and trying to sit on my face ! no matter how hard I pulled and pushed I could not get her off. I took a moment to rest and open my eyes and she snuggled up to my back and wrapped her big paw around my neck and rested her muzzle on my head. (sigh) I had to get up and drag her off the bed . she tried coming right back and the AAAAH worked that time . she finally settled and poor frosty came out of hiding and joined me back in her spot. LOL

no, I havent even started. she has the chair in there . I have old towel on just about everything in the house where she goes.
