Back on again.   State Boiler Inspector was here ,   New regs coming out again  and then her and my plumber sort of got into it,  I see her point let him know before this one is totally installed and have to do a re-fit.     I am.staying out of it.    At least until he cools down a little.  He did get the names of her supervisor and her supervisor's supervisor.   I haven't seen him this mad/disgusted in the 20 plus years I have known him.

Yes York but one of the "new" valve they want is over 250.00 and leaks/p#sses everytime there is the slightest fluxuation in the water pressure. Old value is 20.00 no leaks and no issues.

BTW, you shouldn't ignore your glucose level... Got to do everything to prevent becoming full blown diabetic.  
My tip to you - reduce most carb and eat beans instead, and definitely reduce sugar intake.  Eating beans really helped me. 

I agree Granny. I cook dried beans twice a week and eat some almost every day.
