Are these so of your cross breeding with the ss roo???Got a couple of pics while I was out today. The juvies keep kicking out their feed, then they won't eat it from the ground. So I had to do a little work on their pen. It was never really meant to be anything more than a tractor.
Love the colors on these boys. I'm hoping I can keep them long enough to give them each a couple of pullets.
Also saw my roo mount a pullet this morning. So if I can thin the flock a bit, I think I'll get eggs. Lots of folks on the LA thread are getting new layers and not adding light.
No, these are the RIR/amerecauna chicks I picked up a month or so back.
