a power or skill saw will work do NOT stand behind the saw blade as it can throw HOT melting plastic back at you. ( I know this for a fact) or an electric grinder with a cut off wheel on it.

Sorry granny. I know how you feel. My ex stepmother tried to shoot my dad. To bad she wasn't a good shot. Sally I'm sorry if my post made you sad. I was just getting that off my chest. I hold everything in a lot and it ends up bad if I don't let things out.

or if you have a old butcher knife or any large bladed knife (NOT serated) just lay it on you stove and get if almost red hot and use that to cut it. The knife will be pretty much shot for anything else after that
