Good Morning all!!!

Soon off to the court house again hopefully for the last time and I think I can also drop the judgement off at the collection agency which will affect their credit rating for years to come plus their rental history. Haven't quite decided if a "mysterious third party" is going to call around to all the property rental agencies in town and the motel which rent long term and give them a heads up warning or not. I personally have mixed emotions about that 1) seems petty and not Christian but then 2) why should someone else have to go through the same thing 3) there should be some consquentes for their actions. Any opinions would be welcome.

If I was in the business of rentals in the area you are operating in, I would think it would be a good idea for land lords to band together to cover each others backs. If you guys could get together and help each other out, you could literally save each other thousands of dollars.

not 100% that is legal. If you start a group like the buy sale trade groups but name it renters nightmare or some such maybe you could post and allow others to post bad renters or rentals. they make a list of dog flippers so why not?

Its been a whole week since i have been able to say this but, GRANNYS GONE AND DONE IT !!!!!

I need professional help. the fact that my family has been hiding the knowledge that the chicks are in is irrelevant. the fact that they have been out for a week means i just dont get out enough ! 2 barred rocks, 2 buff orphs, 1 new hampshire and 1 brown leghorn. all pullets. I took the ee babies to the pole barn to a bigger brooder and replaced them with these and no one is any the wiser ! I have never had a brown legern so i have to look that one up and yes, I bought it because i have never had one.

how can people not notice the fact that all the chicks were black and now they are all different colors? I might be on to something here.

You are going to love your brown leghorn, she will lay tons of eggs for you. I have snuck so many chicks past Mike.....

I am not familiar with Nelson line. are they heritage? I am having a horrid time trying to hatch.
