K. I'll post this for the morning group. I'm finally scraping my 30 yr old popcorn ceilings!

My house faces N, I have a front porch and a back porch. That's great for the 110 deg heat and air conditioning bills, but no sunshine or natural light shines in. We're scraping and re-texturing, putting in tons of can lights. We've done new flooring in the rest of the house. Ripped out the carpet in living/dining 6 mos ago. REDNECK! Concrete floors?

Finally new flooring is in sight. (the flooring i bought 10 mos ago). Need to get the unfinished projects done so I can SELL!
