I played a game with DH when we first married. He had never made a pot of coffee. It was time he learned. He over flowed the pot and instead of me making it I told him to clean the mess up and do it again then I left the kitchen. He has made all the coffee in the house since.

My hubby doesn't drink coffee but making coffee was the first thing I taught him too. He makes it darn good too. Great minds think alike

It needs to be at least 15 in. wide. the rest dont really matter . (that means I didnt measure it )  I have 2 and they are both an in. to small.

What does it have to fit???

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I don't have any meat in my coffee...

the heating element is coils protected in a wooden frame. that is attached to the bottom wire the turner sits on. I dont know these coils and dont want to mess with them. radiant  heat maybe ?  

You can get rid of that and do light bulbs or heating pad
