no this time I mean it.... night yall

So my mother (god rest her soul) was always cold and ALWAYS had cold feet for one year Dad gave her a pair of footed fuzzie green sleeper/pj's. She was so excited , ran to their bedroom to change into them and model them for dad and us 4 kids. Out she comes and my baby brother who would have been under 5 at the time pops up with "it the jolly green giant" there was lots of laughter but we never saw them again.

Wishing, I see you just came on. Thank you so much for the beautiful card and note!

at Ridgeback breeder near you! I do plan to head to No Cal, SF end of Jan or early Feb. Must meet you!
I didn't give my address out to all cause I was too busy and behind the 8 ball to send even 1 card out this year. Also feel bad that I have to use a PO box 12 miles away since the thugs round here steal mail. If you sent a card, TY! I can only check the box once a week.
Didn't want to share my address when everyone was askin cause ya'll would make a special trip and more work for you.

You are welcome! I love sending cards. Reminds me of my gramma. We lived close, but she would always send a card in the mail. Such fun to get something in the mail! Then when I moved on to college and work and marriage, we still kept sending cards back and forth. Gives we warm fuzzies!

Let me know when you are coming! We will meet for sure!!

The year mom got that was the same year we are all setting out the nativity set and he was bringing us the pieces and we had everything set up and then he goes back to mother and say's ok now I need those "wise guys"

Oh no! Poor Mom! That was a thoughtful gift! Pretty funny, but not for her! First year DH and I dated, he gifted me flannel PJ's from Sears. I was a skinny lil thing. so thoughtful and odd.

jolly green , funny story. hahaa did dad give him a talking to ?

Well, I got to go again! Hubs and I are going for one more attempt to get something for the boys for Christmas. They are getting to that hard age. Have a good night, everyone!

Twist, your poor mom!

sad thing was he was the one dad always took with him to but clothes for mother, Needless to say everything was about the size of a circus tent, he would keep saying bigger and that's what dad would go with. so mother would thank him for the thought and then return the outfit and buy enough material to make 4 or 5 outfits.
