Update on Mike! His appetite is great. Three meals a day plus a snack or two. He is being real conscientious about low sugar, sodium and fat. He is seeing a psychiatrist, has a new Dr., and has gone back to AA. He made new friends while in treatment. They are calling each other daily for support. Doing a happy dance here!!

Such good news! So glad you got him away from that terrible doctor he was seeing. Don't know if you can see it on your phone, but you have at least 5 ovations for this post!

Long lines at the checkout, everyone has gone shopping mad. On a plus note we had a KFC for lunch so no torture chamber untill later. He's having a party T later with a few friends and family so I will have to make something then
