Trying to think what I can make for a communal dinner for nye in the desert.

Preference given to slow cooker stuff.

Already have the other two meals thought of - going to do a turkey soup on one night and burrito bowls on the other but ugh. What do to what to do. And no, oven stuff is not an option (don't trust my trailers oven!)

my wife makes a pretty decent rack of ribs!!

of course just about any roast.

Yeah I'm trying to think of easily shareable stuff though. And trying to be cheap lol so preference given to poultry stuff. Hmm. Maybe I should just bring a big salad and dessert stuff and see what other people bring to the table

Ribs are good in the.crock pot liquid smoke makes the difference in the crock pot or cold smoking the ribs for some flavor
