i'm cooking cabbage,fixing pintos with the leftover ham bone,frying taters and a pan of cornbread,big sweet onion too.

Yep ham and taters and cabbage thinking baked taters. All of the Christmas eve leftover are now eaten, SICK of meatballs, jello salad, and not to fond or mashed taters.

you even make twice baked ? I only had them once and they were good but I wouldnt go to all that .

the roo is doing a very slow improvement . Lily still not house broke . every thing else about her is good But I am about to give up on that.

scalloped taters is what we always had with the left-over ham , as a meal ! never as a side. and I abhor rotten (algraten) taters.

but then Mac and Cheese was always a meal also usually on Fridays, I love cheese just not usually in or on things. other then crackers that is
