I tried to count mine couple times this week I keep coming up with different total every time I'm guessing around 135 to 140

I have 8 hens and one roo that free range in the yard... I want a couple more, but I want specific breeds.. so I am waiting to add.

I dont understand the question.. I breed the birds for my sisters farm mainly for meat and to keep her girls into layers. I buy the birds I want or buy the eggs to hatch.

Probably go family style buffet but I'd really like some.good seafood

My sister lives on a ten acre farm that houses all of her inlaws... kind of like a commune. Together we have a lot of people to feed so this first batch of chicks I will be learning how to butcher a chicken with my brother in law... dont tell my kids.
