I take Melatonin, benadryl and medication for back pain on the nights before I work the next day. I take the pills and swallow them with Sleepy Time Tea. I even brew an extra cup and leave it on the kitchen counter in case I need a drink in the middle of the night.
I think when I see my dr this year I am going to ask him about my bladder, which wakes me up at least three times a night.
I can sympathize. My bladder seems to have it's own alarm clock set to 4am. It's annoyingly reliable.
