so no one said ANYTHING about the foam that would spew out all over me using a gallon milk jug. dry to start because if it is just a little damp the med. will stick like glue to the bottom of the jug. garden hose NOT recommended ! you see those exercise things that does the upper work out and you shake it up and down ? ya, my arms are still trembling. someone give me a better way. used 3 gallons. the hen with the eye thing i was talking about last night, i thought it had drowned itself because its whole head was in a little water cup. naw, it was drinking. so i dosed it too.

Yep, I'm sure we missed a you tube moment there Granny. I've never used powder Tylan, but I can remember people saying to always add the powder to the water first, online here. And they make a big deal about it in the package labeling.

hahaha, i bet you did. good news is i dont need my antibiotics anymore. i didnt even look for directions. and i am still a little confused about powder first. it stuck really bad. i might try a 5 gal. bucket tomorrow and my elect. mixer. its not like i bake cakes or anything. wait a min., add powder to water? as in fill up the gal. jug then add the powder?

no, you do not fill up the container first. You should also start with a dry container.

i have NO instructions or im not seeing it on the bottle. no other paper work was with it. i get it. i am still using the 5 gallon bucket tomorrow

not chicken related but ! i have a friend that lives about an hr. away from me.(yes,i have a friend) lol anyway i was talking to her on facebook and she was having a massive nosebleed. she got it to stop and said "was thinking of calling 911" said it was pouring like a kitchen faucet. we were talking some more and she started bleeding again. she said, i feel woozy, then no more contact. i tried everything i could think of but was getting no where. i knew she was at her shop alone. so, i called 911. as soon as they heard it was a different county, they gave me a long distance # to call. can you believe that ! the sheriff did go out to check on her, made her close her shop and escorted her home because she refused ems. he stayed with her until someone could come and be with her. that was pretty awesome i thought. she does promise if it happens again she will go to the hospital. and this my friends is why i have nerve pills !

he is getting old now but a couple yrs. ago he would climb up the ladder and wait for a hen to come by. of course he had more misses then hits but he has always been my favorite. i dont even know what he is. and that is a bantam cochin he is eyeballing . you go ol man !!!

It's great that you may have saved your friend from bleeding to death Granny. Let's hope she boes to her doctor. That can be a sign of high blood pressure in some cases.

you know, just for one day i would like for Nothing to happen. lol just sit in my easy chair and have someone tote me coffee . she is ok . found out why she didnt want to go to hospital. her son is graduating tomorrow. she dont want to miss it. she pm me and said, you care for me. i said shut up , you scared the crap out of me. lol
