Oh no that's too bad. I've got a couple that have a tiny touch of it, but I think they are getting their combs & wattle wet when they drink out of the heated dog water bowl. Can't keep the thing inside the coop cuz they must bath in the thing. Last year when I tried they got the coop so wet that it raised the humidity up so much that quite a few got their combs frostbitten

the rooster cant lose any more toe. it got his comb again though. The one laying the green egg has a smaller comb then all the other black ones. no frost there.

Ya I love the pea combs for winter weather, much easier on the birds.
