eggs are good......pulled 7 non viable ones.

probably were not fertile.

I got a steak that melted in your mouth. I ordered rare and it was more med rare but good and the coconut shrimp was on point.

I always leave my eggs in until the last candle but nonfertile eggs are pretty easy to see.

That could be. I do crave beef a lot and I do have a funky hemoglobin.. So that makes sense.

Those glow brightly, right? I forget how it works. I am letting the Seramas hatch a few, and I will only candle once to get rid of the blanks. Thinking about doing that at 10 days or so. What do you think is the best time?

I would do it as late as you can without upsetting the hen. Clears look clear.. You might see a faint yolk and that's it.
