I bet you sight has just recentky changed significantly. That will cause bad headaches too. When I first had to get glasses that's what happened with me. I was an avid reader & just all the sudden everything was getting blury. Thought maybe it was eye strain so I stopped reading so much, but then it happened when I watched tv. Decided I'd better get my eyes checked & sure enough I needed bifocals grr...
