I was considered "eligible for a special enroolment app date 4/13/2015 I did pick a plan and a provider. And that was the last I ever heard. On the other hand my ins plan was over 400 a month and the penality for not having is is only $285.00 a month so I saved money. And will try again this year. I keep hoping it will get thrown out. but alas not yet
