@Sally Sunshine , 2 turned upside down , all have a little extra fluid in there . No more jello look just clear fluid. GS seems to be having the time of his life in there. LOL

Jeff make it with maple sausage ,    was very sweet.  not my cup of tea.  The cake was FAB   from scratch sheet cake and frosting.    I peeled most of the frosting off   and then had  twice as much cake    More filling and less calories 

I don't like sweet sausage. I like it a little spicy. And please don't go to the gutter with this lol.

and can you imagine the fun RED would have with that when I came back of out the closet     I just turned the lights off in the room

Caught up again. Now for the recipe.

REESE'S SQUARES
1 lb butter/marg softened
4 c creamy pnutbutter
1 tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth and creamy and then begin to add:
2 lb +/- 10 sugar
Add enough to keep it from sticking to hands. Spread into 9 X 13 lightly buttered pan and smooth out

Frosting:
1/4 lb butter/marg
6 tbl milk
1/4 c cocoa
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add:
1 lb 10X sifted
1 tsp vanilla
Stir until smooth and spread over pnut mixture. Refrigerate overnight before cutting into squares

I have a question, today in the news I have herd that the U.S.A and the U.K
Have spent in the last 3-5 years allot of money( hundreds of millions of $) allot of
Manpower, and efforts to spy and collect Intelligence in Israel.
I just wonder, does the U.S have collected all the info. That will make her safe? Info About, ISIS? Iran? North Korea? Hizbbula ? What are you afraid off? That Israeli turps will invade the US?

Mostly the Muslims who want to kill everyone who does not agree with them are the ones we have a problem with.

We in America like to be able to complain if we want to. We want to criticize our president or anybody else if we feel they need it but most of us don't want to kill someone just for thinking differently. Let them think and say what they feel but NO VIOLENCE!

Who knows? Some paranoid idiot found a couple more idiots and decided to waste a bunch of taxpayer money to spy on Israel! It just proves that we have a bunch of stupid people in Washington!

Good evening all. I finally got to go look for quartz today with my friend. Been along time. He found some places right beside the road that I didn't have to walk far to. We found some but I'm paying for it big time now. Oh I'm hurting. Granny, you feeling better?

West coast here, so Grease will not be live for us. Comes on in 2 hrs, from 7-10.  Downton is on 9-10 on PBS. And on a different PBS station, I can watch last week's episode at 8. Which is good because of CRS and such. 

That's awesome! Love when shows remind me what happened. I think Grease is doing better than The Sound of Music did. The kids are interested off and on. DD got her feelings hurt that I was watching tv instead of her dance moved during greased lightning.

guess the benadryl is gonna make me sleepy.
I got a wind egg yesterday. very dark brown. GS says , Its got a yolk in it. with my experince and wisdom I ASSured him it did not. We cracked it today and ya, it had a yolk so not a true wind egg. the yolk was the size of a pencil eraser.

Oh, Granny, I was so hoping to pop in and find a better update than that -- so sorry! I am glad that your GS is getting some learning out of it, though, he is such a terrific kid (if he ever goes missing he isn't at my house, lol, seriously, I'd take him in a heartbeat!).

I love/hate Walmart. In general I don't mind it, but if we had more money or better options I'd drop it fast.

Yeah, me too - - I only go if there is simply NO other choice for what I need that day and I am witchy the whole time I'm there (I swear, I can feel my blood pressure rising just pulling into the parking lot) -- for groceries I can get 99.9% of what I need for less $$ by shopping wisely at Kroger - but there are a few food items Kroger doesn't have and then the issue of needing any sort of socks/underwear/household stuff that means going to WalMart as they are pretty much the only other store in town (TSC needs to start carrying underwear, lol)

any way this is my boss hen hattie shes not the best looker

Ah, rock hunting - not everyone appreciates it, but I grew up with rockhound family members so it was a frequent "family fun time" for us. Sorry you are hurting, though.
