omgosh ! sat at the table to eat for a change and The neck pain hit me hard ! Havent had too much trouble with it lately but wow !

Oh Lord granny. Its never-ending with you. Guess it runs in our family lol. Hope you're ok?

Well I didn't venture into town to get my allergy shots today after all. It's snowing & blowing here. Storm decided to come today instead. Called them & rescheduled for tomorrow. Now let's hope tomorrow is better lol. Started 2 kettles of soup instead. We're having beef stew for dinner tonight & the kettle of ham & bean is for Friday. Part of it I will dish up in lunch size freezer containers & put in in the freezer for hubs & dd lunches. I just made bean & ham Monday, ate it for 2 days so only had one container to go in the freezer. Didnt have any split peas on hand to use up the other half of the ham, so made another kettle of the ham & bean, its yummy!

boy that sounds good Lisa. Our go to is chilli beans. They love the fire I put in them. Can't never make enough to freeze though. They must think they have to eat it all before somebody else gets it lol. Youngens can eat.

That's not good, were you doing any extra froging around with the roo that might have irritated it?

That's about all we ever get is rain. I want snow. We've had enough rain here for the next two years lol.

Red, how many Silkies do you want, I will send them all to ya. Went out to do chores & my broody situation has went from one hen & one thinking she is going broody to 3 broody hens. Then Mom climbs in with one of the broodys to lay & 4 of her 7 chicks climb in with them too. Can't tell you the number of times I have caught those chicks in the nest boxes when one of them was laying. I also have a banty Mottled Cochin who thinks she is broody over in the layers coop. You would think it was spring instead of 15° with blowing & drifting snow shzzz....
