My neck hurts but its not that omg Im dying pain now. I do remember something and this has happened before. when I sneeze my neck will crack sometimes and I did some sneezing at dinner right there at the table.

that could probably do it.i have heard your back can go out from sneezing.i think i have a pinched nerve in my neck,my arm tingles sometimes like when you hit your elbow..

you know how hard it is to find a dr. that dont mind giving you pain pills any more ? I dont take them every day but I want one when I am in pain. Finding a dr. is a pain in the tush. finding a good one and one willing to take me with all the problems is next to impossible then add the pain pills on top of that and I can pretty much say I am screwed.

I have collapsed bones in my back for sure so I am just going to venture a guess thats what is wrong with my neck too.

my doctor won't give any pain pills..i don't need them but what if i did..guess i would be screwed too...

ya see. what if you do ? Pinched nerves aint no laughing matter. They have a drug called nerotin (sp) but from past experience its not a good drug and a few people I know had bad times with it as well. We are not all addicts, some of us have real pain. Those things dont make me high and I dont see why they are abused . I guess they effect people differently . I know they did my DD.

I dont know ? I take this little pillow Mare made and it kinda holds my neck steady and that feels good but I dont wear anything that touches my neck in front. Feels like I am suffocating. thats why I dont wear a bra. It just takes my breath.

I think they make everyone itch a little . they give them with something to stop that. supposed to anyway.

thats exactly like me, i cut up shirts so they don't touch my neck and never wear a bra.my hernia is the main reason i don't wear one,causes it to hurt every time i put it on.
