RIR x BR would be sex links, pullets would have a black head and cockerels would have a ugly white smudgy spot on their heads.

that is good new ..it's sitting by the lane .the rest is fenced,but the fence was up already after we got the building,it is shaped like a barn and red wood paint...

Freedom Rangers or Pioneers maybe?

What hatchery did they come from?

It has a white face, creamy redish brown body and half the beak , wing feathers are light red with black coming in almost like a gold laced cochin colors seems pretty calm but not cochin calm. orange legs . clean. a few have a dot or small streak of black on the head.

unless we find a place in the country this summer, I won't be getting any chicks this year....

I dont know the hatchery but TSC and rural king had them. OH almost forgot, they also had them with white and the black coming through. they were the same colored chicks except for the beak didnt have the red in it.
