Morning all, I tried the muscle relaxer last night. I slept so good I woke up with a stiff neck ! LOL kind of defeats the purpose of taking them. No more for me. Rained here last night. think its supposed to snow tomorrow.
Ol mare is supposed to come over today. Super excited about that ! Wish my house was cleaned more then it is . Im getting 3 EEs from her. Just babies but will go with my 2 week olds Lil Twist and Abby. Lil Twist has spurs growing. What a mess he is. I put my hand in there to get the water or food and he is on me in a flash. Sometimes he wants to play and others he is ready to fight.
Camping, How exciting !!! Im afraid my son would miss his first appt. LOL
Quote: No. It is a safe insecticide, but only works physically on adult stages. DE scratches the waxy exoskeleton, and the bugs dry out and die. This won't work on soft bodied worms in a moist intestine. Biggest hazard is breathing it in. I use it in the summer around the waterers to keep ants out of the run.
Forgot to say if you are feeding a milled pellet or crumble, chances are it already has DE in it to control insect infestations.
